We are becoming quite tired of these senseless and premature steroid deaths. Nasser’s death immediately followed the death of Matt Duval. Matt Duval was another bodybuilder with too much body weight relative to his vertically-challenged frame. Unlike Nasser, Matt didn’t achieve the same level of notoriety with competitions limited to amateur Junior National competitions and ad hoc guest posing appearances. We offer no kind words to describe either Matt Duval or Nasser El Sonbaty following such horrible deaths. In his absence, Nasser adversely affected the lives of family members, American & German friends, and a global fan base. The enormity of their structures was influential to young generations determined to initiate steroid cycles even though they would become too addicted to observe Nasser’s final outcome and deviate from their destructive behavior. For these reasons, we offer no ‘Rest In Peace’ sentiments. Rather, we say “It Is What It Is”.

so i just done mondays workout, i thought it wud be the hardest thing ever, but tbh, it wasnt too bad, these programmes of professional bodybuilders are CAREFULLY created to hit different muscles groups, even different parts of a particular muscle, hence why you shouldnt end up overtraining if you do this workout like some people may think. i done mondays workout, after being exhausted from doin my back i was suprised i was able to do biceps quite easily, then after that i thought i had nothing left, hit the shoulders, and i could go full throttle.

Weider had enjoyed some success as a bodybuilder but far less as a weightlifter, and vehemently disagreed with the AAU rules that Hoffman had helped draft. Requiring that a bodybuilder shoulder-press 200 pounds, for instance—something that Weider struggled and, at times, failed to do—made little sense in the context of what was essentially an aesthetic contest. Moreover, Weider argued that Hoffman was unfairly overlooking African American athletes with impressive physiques, citing Melvin Wells’s failure to claim the Mr. America crown on several prior occasions. During the late 1950s and early 1960s, Weider would attempt to remedy these oversights by using his publications to promote the careers of black bodybuilders such as Rick Wayne, Harold Poole, and Chris Dickerson. But for Weider, racial equality came second to aesthetics: He was willing to consider anyone as a possible champion, so long as they had the look he prized.

I get 2, 4 and 5 and I’m completely natural. I have had people accuse me of taking steroids many times and it pissed me off. It gets me to the point where I want to take steroids just so that I can say “Now this is me on steroids fckers!”. Lol. But nah I get a lot of acne outbreaks naturally and I have had many stretch marks as well as abnormally fast muscle gains. I’m a very lean person and when I stop working out I’m capable of drastically going from jacked to skinny as heck. When I start back up again I blow up quick. Another thing I’ve noticed is my pumps are naturally a lot more intense then the average lifter. Like my shoulders blow up like bowling balls and veins and shreds show up all over them along with my arm’s and chest. I’ve had a tone of people accuse me of taking steroids because of these factors. I also had a relative hug me once and say I was jacked and as solid as steal. He said only steroids do that. (He took steroids in the past) But it is to my understanding that muscle is solid… or at least a lot more solid than fat. At the time I was taking creatine and l-arginine with citrilline malate (which is a precursor to arginine) and a lot of BCAA’s.
